Immigration

1889 Constantin, Barbara (Frackowiak), Francisca, Hedwigla, along with Stanislaus (Stephan), his wife Franziska, daughter Marianne, and son Johann Jankowski emigrated from their village in Poland (Charlub) to Bremen, Germany. Most likely, they traveled by train. From Bremen, they boarded the SS Rhein for the journey to America, destination Baltimore.
9/12/1889 Constantin, Barbara (Frackowiak), Francisca, Hedwigla, along with Stanislaus (Stephan), his wife Franziska, daughter Marianne, and son Johann Jankowski immigrated to the USA, arvg in the port of Baltimore from Bremen, Germany, aboard the SS Rhein.

The New World

8/20/1893 Barbara Frackowiak Jankowski (wife of Constantin) died of abdominal tumor in Rolling, WI. Buried in St. John’s Cemetery in Antigo (death record)
